Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that if the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are not accepted if the packaging is no longer in its original, undamaged, and unused condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt and confirmation of the returned item. Please monitor your account for the refund.

Order Cancellation

We process orders within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately to initiate the cancellation and receive a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will issue a refund once the product is returned to us.

Order processing begins within 12 hours of receiving payment, so please ensure your order is correct before confirming it.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 5% transaction fee (charged by PayPal or your bank, not by us).

  • Cancellations between 12-24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to your own mistake, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. The cost will vary based on the courier company you choose.
